The Technology Innovation Coordinators (TICs) main role is to support you with co-planning and co-teaching the integration of educational technology in your curriculum. They can also help with the how-to's of using your devices and various software available. If you are unsure of who to contact, not to worry, connect with the person you think you should be directing your question and, if needed, they will direct you to the appropriate person/help desk.
